I would give these guys the math rock two thumbs up. Their guitarist floats them through every song with a passion for enveloping the listener in the never ending loops of the mathematics that take over the songwriting. The singer is a slight let down. With so much passion and intensity in the cycling of the guitar, you don’t get much back up.
I found this CD to be behind my time, and I was surprised to find out that it was exactly that, behind my time. These guys were popular in the 90′s, and you can kind of see where that takes place in their musicality. They’re a great band to walk through a city to, their harmony is pretty and complacent, and you’ll find yourself following them along slowly.
